 - ti,design-voltage: battery charging terminate voltage in uV

Optional properties :
 - ti,btp-discharge-set: battery trip point set threshold for
   discharge mode for next btp interrupt
 - ti,btp-charge-set: btp set threshold for charge mode
   for next btp interrupt
 - ti,kernel-threshold-soc: kernel threshold soc value
   adjust battery soc value 0 to kernel threshold value
 - ti,kernel-maximum-soc: kernel maximum threshold soc value
   adjust battery soc value 100 to kernel max soc value
