Trusty fiq debugger interface

Provides a single fiq for the fiq debugger.

Required properties:
- compatible: compatible = "android,trusty-fiq-v1-*"; where * is a serial port.

Must be a child of the node that provides fiq support ("android,trusty-fiq-v1").
