Device tree binding for NVIDIA Tegra USB charger detection driver (USB_CD)

The Tegra USB charger detection driver supports BC1.2 protocol for various USB
charger detection.

Required properties:

 - compatible: For Tegra186, must contain "nvidia,tegra186-usb-cd".

Required properties for Tegra186:
---------------------------------
 - phys: Must contain a single entry for the UTMI phy of OTG port
 - phy-names: Must be "otg-phy".

Optional properties:
--------------------
- dcp-current-limit-ua : Charging current limit for DCP in uA
- qc2-current-limit-ua : Charging current limit for QC2 in uA
