Does Z_STEPPER_AUTO_ALIGN works with a anycubic i3 mega x?

All 5 ports on the trigorilla-board are equipped with BTT TMC2208.
The first z-stepper motor is connected to Z port, the second z-stepper motor is connected to the E1 port.

what modification needs to be made in the current beta 4?
