[BUG] Error "Filament monitor abnormal" extruder goes in reverse #565

Bug Description

Hello, I installed the MEGA_X_DGUS_v1.5.4 firmware and have not modified anything, I followed all of the steps outlined in the guide. I have been randomly coming in to my prints (layer/time differs) with the filament unspooled from the spool and out of the hot end with the error message "Filament monitor abnormal" after I press resume, the extruder reloads the filament into the hotend, prints for a couple minutes then stops entirely. with no error message and no way to continue.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run print
  2. Wait for a while
  3. Filament unspools randomly and "filament monitor abnormal" issue appears
    Expected behavior: Filament to feed through hotend

Actual behavior: Filament unspools and stops print randomly
