Bug Description

After installing MEGA_X_v1.5.4, resetting to firmware defaults and running PID tune for hotend and heater. When a print starts it halts just at print temp - this doesn't matter of what the print temp is.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. install firmware
  2. reset to defaults
  3. tune PID for hotend and heater
  4. attempt to print

Expected behavior:
printing starts and succeeds

Actual behavior:
printer halts as per below log
