Stephen Collins 5e2c6f0369 Trailsave plugin: remove second trailing line ... The intention was that there should be one empty line left at the end of the file, but the GtkSourceBuffer adds it's own empty line if the implicit_trailing_newline property is true (currently the default behavior in xed), which means we usually end up with 2 lines instead of one.
